All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on property condition, size, and job complexity. Any changes in price will be communicated before service begins.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen events.
- Customers may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing clear access to the work area
- Securing pets and personal items
- Ensuring windows and doors are shut during service
- Notifying us of any known issues (e.g., leaks, loose siding, electrical hazards)
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improperly installed materials.
5. Liability Disclaimer
PURE Pressure Washing is not liable for:
- Damage due to aging or poorly maintained materials
- Pre-existing issues with your property
- Water intrusion from faulty roofing, windows, or doors
We take precautions to ensure safe and effective service at every job.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We’ll make it right.
